Niels Smedegaard

Niels is chairman of the board of Falck, ISS and Nordic Ferry Infrastructure. He is also vice chairman of TT Club. He is also a board member of a number of companies. He has previously been chairman of the Danish Shipowners' Association and ECSA (European Community Shipowners' Associations). Niels has been CEO of DFDS for 12 years and before that was EVP, CFO and later CEO of e-gatematrix in Switzerland. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from CBS and a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
